The architectural concept of the project was created by Andra Matin — Indonesia’s most influential and acclaimed architect, whose works represent the country at leading global architecture forums and have received international awards.

THE NEST HOTEL features over 5,000 m² of built area, comprising 40 design hotel rooms, 21 villa residences, a restaurant, wellness zones, fitness areas, and other infrastructure facilities.
The site, surrounded by water on three sides, offers a sense of complete privacy and natural integration into the environment.

In this project, together with the Andra Matin studio, we developed the architectural concept of a boutique hotel with private residences. The main focus was placed on creating truly impressive vantage points. That’s why the key infrastructure zones — the spa, swimming pool, restaurant, and fitness area — are all located on the upper level of the building. This design choice unlocks unique panoramic views of the valleys and jungles of Ubud, delivering guests an exceptional visual and emotional experience that has no equivalent in the region.
